Our Commitment

Gommauto Ambrosiana SPA (the “Company”) fosters an ethical, transparent, and responsible work environment. In accordance with the new legislation on whistleblowing (“Legislative Decree 24/2023” or the “Whistleblowing Decree”), the Company provides all employees and other stakeholders identified in the Decree the opportunity to report, including anonymously, any unlawful conduct occurring within the workplace that violates the requirements set out in the Whistleblowing Decree, EU or national legislation identified by Legislative Decree 24/2023.
